AYSO 889 Player Withdraw and Refund Request Policy

We understand that sometimes, between registration and the start of play, scheduling conflicts come up, a child changes his mind, or situations change (maybe you moved).

SEASON REFUNDS AND DEADLINES:

100% refund of all paid fees except for the National and credit card fees totaling $27.50
- Fall- prior to June 30
- Spring - prior to December 31
50% refund of all paid fees except for the National and credit card fees totaling $27.50
- Fall- prior to July 31
- Spring- prior to January 31
Refund requests will not be honored
- Fall- After August 1
- Spring- After February 1

The AYSO National Player Fee is non-refundable and a non-transferable member fee paid once annually.

COMPLETE- Registration Withdraw & Refund Request

Once the form is received the player will be dropped immediately. The player may no longer participate in any AYSO games or practices.
